Who is responsible
VYRO Social is operated by Yves Dennie Rodrigues. The registered business identity, postal address and dedicated privacy contact still require confirmation. This notice is a launch draft, not a completed legal compliance assessment.
Information we process
We process your account email, profile name, company name, role, trial dates, content drafts, brand-voice settings, uploaded media and subscription identifiers/status. Authentication and security services process technical request information. We do not ask for social-media passwords. No official social connections are active yet.
Purpose and lawful basis
Account access, content storage and paid-service delivery support the service contract; security and abuse prevention support legitimate interests; legally required billing records support legal obligations. Any optional marketing or nonessential tracking would require a separate lawful basis. We do not add newsletter subscriptions merely because you create an account.
Providers and AI
Lovable Cloud hosts authentication, application data and private media. Content submitted to the writing studio is processed through the Lovable AI Gateway and its selected model provider. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in prompts. The payment provider processes checkout and card information; this app stores subscription identifiers and status, not full card details. Provider-specific processing, retention and international-transfer safeguards must be documented before launch; we do not claim a data location or zero-retention policy that has not been verified.
Access, retention and your rights
Private media is scoped to your account. Authorized owner administration can view customer and content information for operating the service. Trial expiry does not automatically delete your account or content. A final retention schedule and account-deletion process must be published before launch. Where applicable you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing and complain to your supervisory authority. The dedicated contact for these requests is still to be supplied.
